SCOTLAND Part 2 - marilynandbob
One of several hikes, up into the hillsides and trails. We are getting a look at Foyers Falls, famous for the Foyers Effect: stare at the flowing water, then to the side, and the landscape appears to be moving up (also called the Figural Aftereffect by psychologists). Scotland is a lush, green country, with water everywhere- streams, lakes, canals- and on the coasts, one or another ocean. We were looking for the elusive and endangered Red Squirrel, not to be seen this day, but later.
