Also in the museum was a plaid (pronounced "played") for people to try on. It's one large rectangular piece of fabric, with a specific pattern (tartan) on it. In the old days, it was worn by laying it out on the ground, folding it into pleats, then lying down on it and wrapping the belt around. Bob is giving it a try.
